Customer Roles

The Bank Admin user can configure various types of customer roles used for a loan application using this screen.

View

After selecting customer Roles from the Organization Structure module, User lands on the screen where the user can view already existing Customer roles with search option and add role button.

User views the customer roles screen in the Organization structure and add/edit/delete (active/in-active) roles to the deal and facilities parties.The role admin screen consists of the following,

  • Customer Role Code (Auto Generated) - Non editable
  • Customer Role Key (Auto Generated) - Non editable
  • Customer Role Name - Editable
  • Status (Active/In-active) - Editable
  • Action (Edit and Delete)

Search Criteria of the geographical location are as follows:

  • Customer role code
  • Customer role key
  • Customer role
  • Status

Clicking the reset button erases the given search criteria.

Add

User can click on add Role button and enter the details for the below fields and click on save button. Once the details are saved, it appears in the view page. If the user wants to cancel adding a location, user can click on cancel. User views a pop-up saying “Are you sure you want to cancel. All unsaved data gets discarded” with yes/no option.

status Status is to mention if this role is active or inactive. If this is marked as inactive, then it will not appear in the User panel(Borrower profile) Mandatory Dropdown

Edit

User can edit the details of already added roles by clicking on edit icon under actions tab in view page. It lands in the same add roles page with prefilled details. User can choose to make the changes and click on save. User cannot edit the code and key.

Delete

Clicking the Delete icon (Action Column) displays a pop-up confirmation if the user is sure about deleting the record.User can press “Yes” to continue or “No” to cancel.
